Hotel was clean and comfortable. We can’t say enough about the staff. Family member forgot his wallet and a few other articles in a drawer. Jillian contacted us, and mailed out a package to the family member since no one lives near Kapuskasing. Thank you Jillian!

For us the location was great, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was quiet. Even being close to the highway we couldn’t hear the traffic

Cleanliness. Friendliness. Free breakfast. Plenty of parking. Good wi-fi. Premium channels. Good water pressure and temperature. Comfortable bed. Thermostat worked well to control the room temperature.

Located along Hwy 11 made it really convenient to merely pull off the road into the parking area and be done for the night. Great after a long drive in that area of Ontario.

The staff was exceptional. Always wanting to lend assistance. And very friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable.

I really enjoyed our stay. Love the pool and hot tub, the kids had a blast. Our room was great, loved the set up. The employees were always friendly and very helpful.
